Polytron Liquid Level controls can be used to maintain a level of liquid in a container utilizing one or more probe sensors. Single channel models monitoring a single probe can energize a pump to either fill or drain the liquid. Dual channel models can control the liquid level between two probes set for the upper limit and lower limit. The controls have an on-board adjustment for sensitivity to compensate for varying conductivity of liquids.

Polytron's Liquid Level controls utilize electromechanical relays for very reliable operation and are epoxy encapsulated for enviromental protection.

This Polytron custom made Pressure Sensor displays 0.0 lbs. to 30.0 lbs. pressure utilizing a microprocessor and 3 digit display. Although it is very inexpensive, it has proven very reliable. Other ranges of pressure are available upon request. This sensor can also be designed to measure vacuum in various ranges.

OPERATION:

The Polytron Lubrication Monitor is a general-purpose, solid-state monitor for controlling the lubrication of industrial presses and equipment. Customized to your specific application, the Lubrication Monitor may be operated as a hands-off, unattended controller, or can supplement a human operator with lubrication maintenance duties. With memory retention feature, the lubrication monitor can also provide preventative maintenance lubrications at exact time intervals based on total hours of equipment operation.
