This quality commercial kitchen toaster is manufactured and assembled by Polytron for Hobart Corporation. Years ago we began by manufacturing only the electronic control, but in time, the manufacture of the entire product was put in Polytron's hands.

Hobart was the first to introduce solid state controls into commercial toasters. The toasters have a built-in sensor probe that continuously monitors toasting chamber temperature, adjusting toasting time accordingly. It even adjusts for changes in ambient temperature and fluctuations in voltage, so that every slice is toasted to perfection - whether it is one slice or hundreds.
