Paula has been with Polytron for over 6 years in our Inspection Department. Here, she is inspecting the front of the assembled circuit board for proper assembly before it goes into the Wave Soldering Department.

If she finds an incorrect part in a board, she sends it back to the Assembly Department for correction. Her department will see these boards again after they have been soldered to inspect the back side.

This time she will be looking for flaws such as solder bridges. She also will add and solder any parts that cannot go through the Wave Solder machine.

Paula is also skilled at other functions such as running the Wave Solder machine, trimming and spray coatings.

Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is an avid reader, loves listening to music, watching movies and playing around with her computer.
